Our primary goal is to provide a venue for the local and international Hmong community to gather for the new year celebration.

*Either provide valid photo ID during the time of entrance, or purchase a HINY Senior Citizen Pass.
**Must provide a valid organization ID or credential at time of entrance.
Senior Citizen Fast Pass ($5)
Senior citizens aged sixty five and older are able to attend the Hmong International New Year celebration for free by showing their government-issued photo ID or drivers license.
Optionally, senior citizens can take advantage of our special passes for a nominal fee of five dollars. With this access pass, senior citizens won't need to purchase tickets for themselves or wait in long lines to enter the event.
Our office will be open for walk-ins during the month of December for any senior citizens who want to obtain a pass. Please remember to bring a valid photo ID. If you're a caretaker or planning to obtain passes for a large group, you may contact our office during the month of December to schedule an appointment; although not necessary appointments will help speed up processing if you have a large group.
Military/Government Service Pass
We are proud to honor our veterans and active duty soldiers by granting them free entry into the celebration. Please present a valid government organization ID at the time of entrance.
Media/Press Access Pass
Every year the Hmong International New year invites different media and publications to join our event; press passes are sent out to allow them access to cover our event. If you represent a media or news publication and would like to attend our event, then please contact us at hinyfresno@gmail.com with the following:
